About Elizabeth:  

Elizabeth Victoria Wallace writes and speaks extensively about travel and history, and has combined these two interests in 30 Exceptional Places to Visit in England…Off the Beaten Track. She has created a unique travel book that provides intriguing insight into the lesser known villages and towns with essential travel information.

 

Elizabeth was born in England and is a member of the Society of Women Writers and Journalists, one of the oldest societies for professional writers in Britain that began in 1894. She emigrated to the United States in 1978 with her husband and 3 young sons and settled in Kansas City. In 1999, she moved to Castle Rock, Colorado, and is the founder member of the Castle Rock Writers. Since that time, she has published 6 books on travel, history and folklore.
